How to cancel the trial immediately?
You could cancel your trial via this link here, and click "Cancel Trial". Please refer to the pic below for the steps.
Can I skip the trial and directly start the subscription?
Yes. You could go to the Subscription page and click the "Subscribe Now", so the system will then charge you for the plan you chose and directly starts the Subscription.
Can I change the plan during my trial period?
Yes, from the Subscription page, you can cancel your current trial first and then choose another plan you would like to have a trial. Please kindly note that you will not able to back to the current trial again once you cancel it, even though you didn't try it for 7 days.
Why does the system charge me $5 during my free trial?
The $5 charged by the system is to verify the credit card. Hiretual will hold this for 7 days and Hiretual will return the money to the original credit card no matter you decide to start your official subscription or not.
Last but not least, here is a kind reminder that you can check the specific trial end time on the top right side of the home page. (Hiretual calculates the free trial as 24h * 7 days)
Therefore, you could refer to the time if you would like to cancel the trial. You will also receive an announcement via email in advance.
Feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org or directly contact your Customer Success Specialist for the training.
