Welcome to the Hiretual family! We're excited that you have started your Hiretual Standard account. Standard plan is best for individual recruiters who need to source or outreach for a season. With this guide, we want to ensure that you're able to get comfortable using the platform in your day-to-day workflow as easily as possible.
This guide will be highlighting some of the key features of Hiretual Standard, including:
Part 1: AI Sourcing
Start an AI sourcing task by going to the top left corner, then click on Source Candidates. By simply inputting your criteria on the left, Hiretual will automatically pull out top talents for you to choose on the right-hand side.
We offer general filters that include job titles, location, skill sets, experience, and keywords search for Standard users. In addition, you could use company filters to target your search in specific companies or industries. You may input more detailed requirements in the experience field to define candidates' professional backgrounds further. There are also education filters and language filters to refine the results.
After you finish your criteria, please directly click on Save to Project at the top right corner. Then it will lead you to the search results tab inside a project, where you can check the candidate profiles and go from there.
Under the Search Results tab, you can still refine your criteria, and candidates will update on the right.
You may click on a candidate's name to check out the detailed profile. Hiretual grabs information from all over the open web and generates them into one profile for you. Choose good fit/not a fit at the top bar to filter these candidates. All the good fit candidates will go straight to the pipeline, where you can engage, export, and do talent management.

Part 2 Email Engagement
Select your good fit candidates, click on Email, and the Email compose window will pop up.
Customized variables: The variables offer the capability to customize bulk email into a personalized email when you send to more than one candidate. You can personalize the candidate's first name, full name, current company, current title, location, and more.
Email insights: The AI will analyze your title and email content to give you suggestions on gaining a higher response rate.
Poll: You can use the Poll to provide quick response choices to your candidates.
Track Email Performances / Prepare Templates
You may go to Messages -> Outbox to track if your candidates have opened your Email, click on the link inserted, or replied. You may quickly filter out candidates who have responded to your poll in your inbox as well.
Under the Messages tab, you may select Templates to create or manage your email templates.

Part 3 Export Candidates
You may select multiple candidates under a specific pipeline stage, then choose export to bulk export them to the spreadsheet. You could even select an ATS/CRM template, which you can use to import into the corresponding ATS/CRM.

Part 4 Talent Management
After you email candidates, they will be automatically moved to the Contacted stage. After that, you may also select these candidates and move them to the next stage. You can also click on the three-dot icon at the right of the bar to tag, put a note, set a reminder on the candidates, or copy to a different project.
The More Filter menu on the upper right corner allows you to screen candidates with additional criteria. You may also put a keyword in the search bar next to it to find a candidate in your current pipeline.
