It is already the end of October! Before Halloween is here, Hiretual has made some updates to our Enterprise plan, including the addition of the Merge & Sync feature for Duplicates for SmartRecruiters, ATS Market Insights, and new UI of AI Sourcing Page. Now let's explore!
Merge & Sync for Duplicates for SmartRecruiters
If you and your team have integrated SmartRecruiters with Hiretual, we would like to announce that the Merge & Sync function is available now! When you try to sync some candidates to SmartRecruiters but find that they already exist in the ATS, you can go to the page Recently Pushed to ATS to check their status. In this page, you will find the Merge & Sync button in the rows of the duplicated candidates. Click the button and a window will pop up. In this window, you can choose the information you need to merge the candidate's data and re-sync to SmartRecruiters.
ATS Market Insight
In this update, we've added a dropdown menu on the Insight page, so now you will be able to choose whether you'd like to generate a Market Insight report for your talent pool either on Open Web or in your integrated ATS.
UI of AI Sourcing Page
To provide you with a smoother interface experience, we optimized some of the designs on the AI Sourcing page.
1) The top left corner of all the icons are restructured with functions spelled out, so you can have a more clear view of what actions you can take with each button.
2) The Save to Project button is moved from bottom right to top right so it will be easier to reach.
3) The Power Filters are now collapsable, similar to 'View Insights', but the functionalities of these filters stay the same.
4) The Engage and Sync/Export are disabled now before project creation to enhance your pipeline management and organization, and help ensure you are able to continually train the AI (marking candidates as a good fit/not a fit) before engaging with them or moving them into your ATS.
