Integration Setup (Admin)
Before you begin, please ensure that you are...
A subscriber of Hiretual Enterprise and have a valid Hiretual account (*Please contact your Hiretual Account Manager if you need help setting up an Enterprise license.)
The admin user of your company's Hiretual Enterprise subscription
Step 1: Configure Greenhouse on Hiretual
As an Admin user, you'll be able to configure your ATS by clicking on the Apps tab on the left and find Greenhouse from the ATS/CRM list.
If you also have an Enterprise team member license, you can configure it in Hiretual Apps by clicking here and follow the same instruction below.
In either case, click the Details button on the ATS card and click Connect on the next stage.
Step 2: You will see a pop-up window. Click Login and you will be led to a new page where you can input your email address for the Greenhouse account.
Go to Next Step and click Authorize to allow Hiretual to use your Greenhouse account.
Step 3: You will receive both in-app and email notifications when you have successfully connected to Greenhouse.
Export Candidates from Hiretual to Greenhouse
After you have found qualified candidates in Hiretual, you can easily export them into Greenhouse.
Go to your Hiretual project pipeline, select the candidates and click Sync/Export. You can also find the option on top of the candidate's profile. In the pop-up window, choose "ATS" and select Greenhouse from the list. Then click on Sync to ATS.
You will receive both in-app and email notifications when the export is completed.
Once you've successfully exported the candidates, you can click the Greenhouse icon on the candidate's Hiretual profile to redirect to his or her Greenhouse profile.
