If you are the Admin of the team, you are able to connect Hiretual with the chosen ATS by providing the needed credentials in the Admin Console.
If it is the first time that you are connecting Hiretual to your ATS, you will find a notification on top of the page asking you to review Hiretual's Data Processing and Security Addendum and allow Hiretual to import and export candidate profile data from your systems. Please read through the document carefully and check the box if you agree to the content.
Please note, after you check the box, it will apply to all your team members. If you want to reverse the action, please contact your Customer Success Manager and we will assist from our side.
Then, hover your mouse over the ATS/CRM card and click on Details. You may scroll down and click See Tutorial to view the details of the required information.
When you click on Connect, you will be asked to input the information in the pop-up window.
Once you log in, you will be able to choose and link your ATS account from here. You may also skip the step for now and link your account later.
You will receive both email and in-app notifications when you successfully integrate the account with Hiretual, and your team members will receive notifications as well.
As the Admin of the team, you will find a Settings tab on the page. From there you are able to adjust the Push Permission, Data Field Mapping, and match Hiretual Activity Fields with the ones in your ATS.
If you obtain a full Enterprise seat in addition to the Admin license, you can also set the integration through the Apps page of Hiretual.
Please be aware that as the Admin of the team, if you disconnect the ATS, you will also disconnect other members of your team.
Once you have set it up, your team members will be able to connect their Hiretual accounts with the ATS/CRM through their end. If the integration is team-based, they will be connected automatically and can choose to link Hiretual with their specific ATS accounts if applicable. If the integration is user-based, the team members will need to provide their own ATS/CRM account information to set up the connection. Please refer to the article on ATS Integration: Team-Based v.s.
