This article will mainly discuss what we can do in the project pipeline. After you finished the AI Sourcing, you will then enter the project. Therefore, before deeply explore the pipeline, let's have a simple review about the Search Results page first.
1. Search Results
Once the search is launched, you will be led to the search results page of the project. From here you are able to view the list of AI-sourced candidates for the specific project. You can click on the View Insights button on top of the list to check the real-time break down of the talent pool. You may still edit filters on the right and candidates will update on the right-hand side.
Click on the candidate’s name to view the full profile, or screen through the candidates' profile cards and give Good Fit/Not a Fit using the buttons on the right. We recommend you specify the reason for not a fit by clicking on the little arrow on the side to help our AI find more qualified candidates for you in the future. You may also click the social icons to visit the candidates' home pages on different platforms.
Good Fit candidates will be moved to your pipeline. To bulk move the candidates, tick the candidates’ cards and select Good Fit/Not a Fit or Move to other stages of your pipeline from the menu on top. You may also Add Tag/Engage Export the candidates or click on the three-dots icon at the end to Copy the candidates to other projects or Add Notes to their profiles. All Not a Fit candidates will be archived on the upper right corner of the screen.
If you have less than 1000 candidates in your search results, you may use the power filters on top to view candidates who have Contact Information or show High Availability.
Next to the Search Results tab, you will be able to see the Pipeline. Here you can screen through the profile cards of the candidates, click on their names to view their full profiles, unlock their contact information, or bulk edit/move the candidates to other stages.
1) Move to
When you see the candidate who we already contacted before, you can select the candidate and then move the candidate to the next stage.
Even for the good fit candidate, if you feel this one is not qualified afterwards, you could still click the Reject button.
3) Add tag/note
Adding a tag will super helpful for you to find the specific candidate next time. For example, if you’d like to filter out all the candidates in the project you have contacted in the past, you could add the tag as “Contacted" to this candidate so you could then use “More Filters” to filter out the related candidates.
Another important thing you can do in the talent pool is engagement. With your email integrated, you will then be able to directly send out the email to the candidate.
For Professional users, there is the sequence function available. By using the sequence, Hiretual will help you to automatically send out the follow-up email. Once the candidate replied to this sequence, the sequence will stop.
In both Standard plan and Professional plan, you could export candidate information to the CSV document. Hiretual provides 20 templates for users to export candidate’s profile. With the export function, you could export the candidate to the spreadsheet you need and then import to your ATS accordingly.
For Professional user, when you click the candidate’s name to enter his profile, you will be able to export the candidate’s profile to PDF as well.
6) More Filters
The More Filter menu on the upper right corner allows you to screen candidates with additional criteria. For example, you may search for specific Skills/Keywords or the Tags/Notes added or filter out candidates who do not have personal emails. Unlike the power filters on the search results page, there is no limitation on the number of candidates when applying the More Filters menu.
7) Activity log
From the Activity log page, you could check the activity history of this project, like the time moving candidate to the Good fit stage or the email history.
8) Project Settings
You can also change the hiring process template under the Project Settings tab, along with the modification of Project Name and Project Description. Clicking the three dots up there, you could choose Archive Project and Delete Project.
9) Modify Stage
To modify the stages of the pipeline, click on + at the end of the bar and select the new hiring process template from the drop-down menu in the pop-up window. You can also Create New Hiring Process from here.
