With the Standard and Professional plans, you will be able to send out emails to candidates from Hiretual directly.
1. Integrate Email
In both Hiretual Standard and Professional plan, you will be able to integrate Gmail and Outlook.
2. Good Fit or Not a Fit
With all the new candidates in your project, the first thing you should do is to select an amount of "Good Fit" candidates to the next stage, and send email to them.
Select the checkbox nearby the candidate and click on "Email". Then, the engagement window will pop up. You can also select multiple candidates to send out emails in bulk.
4. Hiretual's Email System
Hiretual's email system is very powerful and below are a few highlights:
- Customized variables: The variables offer the capability to customize bulk-email into a personalized email when you send to more than one candidate (up to 200 candidates per sending). You can personalize the candidate's first name, full name, current company, current title, location, and more.
Email insights: The AI will analyze your title and email content to give you suggestions on gaining a higher response rate.
- Poll: You can use the Poll to provide quick response choices to your candidates.
Schedule email: You can customize the email with time zone difference and schedule the best time to send.
Save template: If you would like to save the email as a template, you can click the “Save template” and use it for the later engagement.

5. Email Template
Hiretual has 10 preloaded email templates for you. In addition to the above method about how to save a new template, you can also click the “Create Template” to add a new template.
In Hiretual Professional, you can also create email sequences. By combining several following emails in one sequence, you can engage the candidates much more effectively.
7. Inbox and Outbox
You can find all the email you send out in the inbox page and have a direct search in the upper right side of this page.
Once the candidate's react to your poll, you will see different tags, based on these reaction options in your Hiretual Inbox. By clicking the drop-down button, you can filter the replies by their tags.
On the outbox page, you can see the email status and check your email open rate, click rate, and reply rate.
8. Recent Contact / Recent Replied
From the left-hand side of the Home Page, under the “My Activities”, you can find candidates you recently replied to, contacted, or viewed.
In the “Recently Contacted” page, you can also see if candidates opened, clicked or replied to your email.
