You can locate our AI sourcing feature via the “Source Candidate” tab or “Create a project” on the left-hand side of your Home Page.
Hiretual's data set has currently the world’s largest pool, with over 750M+ candidates, in our self-learning and self-expanding talent graph.
On the left-hand side of this AI sourcing page, you can enter the criteria based on your job description under each tab. The system will then automatically recommend the suitable candidates in real-time on the right-hand side.
Now, let’s get started with real sourcing!
First, let’s go through each filter function.
1. General Filters:
1) Job Titles: Get started by typing in what you’re looking for by adding a few job titles or expertise.
* Select "Must Include In / Must Exclude from Current Title" to include/remove particular titles.
2) Mandatory Skills: Add the MOST important skills here. Inputting between 1-5 mandatory skills tends to yield the best results for this filter, as Hiretual's initial goal is to try and find candidates with all listed skills. Once the system is unable to find candidates with all listed skills, the criteria will begin to relax--finding candidates with 4 out of 5 skills, then 3 out of 5 skills, for example.
Must-have skills in candidate profiles are prioritized when matching and ranking candidates. With multiple mandatory skills, candidate skill matching and ranking is based on the relevance between the skills, and includes umbrella skills, related skills, and similarly worded skills.
3) Preferred Skills: Add-ons but not mandatory.
Nice-to-have skills or keywords that can improve candidate matching and ranking accuracy but are not required for a match.
*Select the "Excluded Skills" to remove skills from a candidate's profile*
Add City, State, Country, Metro Area, USA Zip Code or Continent.
You can adjust the radius to be within 15, 30, 50 and 100 miles.
*You can add more than one location. You can also exclude locations with the drop-down button.*
5) Years of Experience: Select a minimum and maximum range
The total (overall) years of working experience after graduation
Add keywords that must appear in a candidate's profile. The keyword filter logic employs more strict profile requirements compared to the mandatory and preferred skills filters, essentially telling Hiretual that every keyword input here must be directly matched within a candidate's profile.
*Select the "Excluded Keywords" to remove skills from a candidate's profile*
You can also click “Boolean Builder” next to the Keywords or Boolean. Simply having the job title in the Boolean Builder, Hiretual will generate a string and automatically load it into your search.
2. More Filters:
Included similar companies: Expand your search to companies that are similar to your input.
You can also click “Add / Edit Lists” to add the regularly-used companies and then add it by one click afterward.
Exclude from companies: Your company will be here by default.
Industries: Select industries from the drop-down list or add by typing. Hiretual will automatically include similar/related industries to those that you input.
Years in Current Company: Choose the years that a candidate has been in their current company
Years in Current Role: Choose the years that a candidate has been in their current role. To clarify, this role may be at several different companies across the course of the candidate's career, but it's the same position at each of those companies.
Seniority: Choose the seniority level of a candidate. This filter looks at multiple data points within a candidate's profile, including years of experience and job title.
Degrees: Select the highest degree of candidates. You can select multiple.
Majors: Add college majors. If you want to expand your reach and bring in similar majors, select "Extended Search"
Schools: Source alumni from specific schools manually or by using the "Bulk Upload" function.
*Excluded From Schools: Select this option to remove particular schools from your search.
Year of Graduation: Select a "From" and "To" year. This will be applied to the most recent graduation for candidates with multiple degrees.
Select languages from the drop-down or by typing. When multiple languages are included, OR logic is applied to the search results.
Now, let’s wait for several seconds and review your top candidates!
