Q 1: Will the candidates searched in my Professional account remain when I upgrade to Enterprise?
Yes. Our team will help you to migrate all your data to your new plan. The migrating action will happen at midnight Pacific time.
Q 2: I just started my Professional account, if I move to the Enterprise, can I get the refund for the Professional plan?
Your Professional account is going to be paused. If you decide to stay in the Enterprise plan, feel free to bring the refund issue to your Account Executive during the pilot.
Q 3: Am I able to get back to my original plan if I decide not to use Enterprise?
Yes. When you start your Enterprise trial, your current Professional plan will be paused. You could always come back to this plan if you decide to get back to the original plan.
Q 4: I would like to have the Enterprise trial, who can I ask for?
