ATS integration with Hiretual allows you to streamline candidate management by exporting your Hiretual candidates to the ATS with just one click. However, it does not happen all the time. Company policies and some particular ATS products may add difficulties in its implementation. What can we do if we still need to export the data?
CSV uploads to the ATS would be an ideal alternative. In this article, we take Greenhouse as an example. Below are the two steps.
1. Export Candidates from Hiretual
To start, select the candidates you wish to export from Hiretual.
Then, locate the CSV tab, you can select the default template or the template that your Team Admin created. If you are the Admin of the team, you can also click the +Create New Customized Template button to create a new template from here.
When you are ready, hit Export to CSV and the file will be automatically downloaded to your laptop.
2. Upload the CSV to Your ATS
The upload feature sits in the Settings of Greenhouse. You can upload the document as candidates or prospects.
Select Bulk Import. You can get to know the supported fields and create your own template, or just download an import template and set it as a template in Hiretual.
Greenhouse also supports custom fields. For more information about Bulk Import, you may reach out to the CSM of your ATS. You can also coordinate with your dedicated CSM from Hiretual to build an efficient workflow on transferring data, even without an ATS integration.
