Candidates in your ATS have expressed interest in your company in the past and will be easier to engage with. As an add-on package of the Hiretual Enterprise plan, the Talent Data Cloud feature allows you to pull candidates from the ATS and enrich the profiles through Hiretual. After syncing and refreshing the profiles, you can directly source these candidates with Hiretual AI Sourcing Engine and match the past candidates with your newly opened roles.
To target candidates from your ATS talent pool, locate the ATS sourcing channel from the drop-down menu on top of your filters.
You will then be able to select specific ATS Jobs or Stages that you want to search to narrow down the pool.
You can then move to other tabs of the sourcing engine and fill in the details of the role. Just like when you are sourcing candidates from the open web, the list of sample candidates on the right side and the number indicating the size of the talent pool will change along with your modifications of the filters.
Click on Start Sourcing to save the search to an existing project or open a new project. On the results page, give Good Fit or Not Fit to the listed candidates. You may also bulk edit the candidates or use the in-project power filters above to look for candidates who are not contacted/not viewed by team, or who have contact info or personal emails, or you can filter candidates with high availability.
You can also click on View Insights to check out the Insights of your ATS talent pool to see in which companies your passive candidates are working/have been working and their average market values. You may even click on each hyperlinked bar to screen candidates under a specific category.
To save the search, click on the bookmark on top of the filters. If you want to include candidates outside your ATS talent pool, simply select Open Web as your sourcing channel and modify the filters based on your needs.
All Good Fit candidates will be funneled to your pipeline. From here you are able to view candidates that you selected from the search results and move or bulk move the candidates to the other stages of your pipeline.
You can use the More Filters on the upper right to choose to view candidates from any specific sourcing channels.
1. What happens when I source from my ATS/CRM pool on Hiretual and deliver the candidates to my ATS?
Your ATS or CRM will show the updated profiles of the candidates.
2. Why can't I just export the candidates to a CSV file and upload the file to Hiretual?
This workflow is possible. However, there are several limitations. Firstly, it would be a highly time-consuming endeavor if you have thousands of candidates. More importantly, new profiles are constantly added to your ATS/CRM and you would have to repeat the manual process every time when syncing candidates to Hiretual. With the Talent Data Cloud service, Hiretual will pull new candidates automatically and prevent the risk of errors that may occur during the manual process.
