If you have your current password
To change your Hiretual password, please go to Profile Settings -->Change Password.
On this page, follow the next steps:
Enter your current password in “Current Password”
Set up the new password you’d like to use in “New Password”
Enter the same password as you put in #2 in “Confirm new password”
When creating the new password, please make sure that it has at least:
Passwords must match
One uppercase letter
One lowercase letter
One special character (!, #, $, %, &, etc.)
If you have forgotten your current password
If you forget your original password, please click on “Forgot Password?” at the bottom of the log-in page.
On the next page, please enter your email address to receive the link to reset your password.
In the email, click on “Please click this link to reset” to reset your new password. Please also check the spam/junk box if you don’t see this email in your email inbox.
The link included in the email will direct you to a new page where you can enter your new password. Click “Save Password,” and your new password will be set.
Q: Why I cannot receive my reset password link?
A: Please check the email you used to register your Hiretual account. We send the password reset link to your registered email instead of your integrated email.
