Can't believe it is already July! Hope you are enjoying the sunshine of the season and the 4th of July holiday if you're based in the US. This week we bring you a few updates to boost efficiency in your workflow.
Upload Profile Picture
Now you can set your own profile picture for your Hiretual account! Located on the Profile settings page, you can upload a JPG or PNG file within 5M here.
Your new profile picture will replace the initials and appear on the in-app notifications, the owner columns of sequences and templates, and other related pages. You can always upload a new picture or delete the picture on the same page.
Candidate Card Redesign and Engagement Automation
The Candidate Card also got redesigned. The Move to, Reject, and Email buttons are listed out separately in the lower right corner. You can either click on the Email button or pick a specific email address to engage the candidate.
We have also improved the engagement workflow for you. Now if your email has been bounced from the candidate's primary email address, we will send the message automatically to the next email if applicable.
We have moved the Location filter right below the Job Titles. The content of the filter remains the same: you can Search or Exclude certain locations and Add/Edit Location lists to the two sub-filters.
Market Insights Hyperlinks
In the last few weeks, we have included the hyperlink Insights feature within your search results page - now the feature is available on the Insights page as well!
After the Insights report is generated, you can click on any bar on the right to view the candidates that specifically match that data point in the talent pool.
For example, you may click on Data Scientist to screen candidates who have this title. Under the Profile tab, click on the names of the candidates to view their profiles or add/bulk add these candidates to your project. You can continually optimize the filters on the left side of the page, based on the interactive data within the Insights report.
Report Issues on the Candidate's Profile
Previously you need to talk to your CSM to report any mismatched information on a candidate's profile. Now you are able to report the issues directly on the candidate's profile page.
To report problems related to Outdated Profile, Inaccurate Email, Inaccurate Social Link, or Other Issues that are not listed, click on the three dots button on top and select Report Issue from the drop-down menu.
To report inaccurate Insights Prediction, click on the Flag button on the upper right corner of the Insights section. You can share your opinion on the candidate's Availability, Average Market Value, and Expertise.
Please note, the reported information will be processed by our data and machine learning teams before it is fixed on the candidate's profile so the profile will not change immediately.
