Hiretual provides an intuitive design and seamless process for managing your candidates in different stages of your recruiting process.
Managing Candidates in Your Project
Once the search is launched, you will be led to the search results page of the project. From here you are able to view the list of AI-sourced candidates for the specific project. You can view the Insights of the candidates by clicking on the Generate Insights button on top of the list or sort the candidates by different orders using the drop-down menu on the right. You may also modify the filters on the left to change or narrow down your search.
Click on the candidate’s name to view the full profile, or screen through the candidates' profile cards and give Good Fit/Not a Fit using the buttons on the right. We recommend you specify the reason for not a fit by clicking on the little arrow on the side to help our AI find more qualified candidates for you in the future. You may also click the social icons to visit the candidates' home pages on different platforms.
Good Fit candidates will be moved to your pipeline. To bulk move the candidates, tick the candidates’ cards and select Good Fit/Not a Fit or Move to other stages of your pipeline from the menu on top. You may also Add Tag/Engage or Sync/Export the candidates or click on the three dots at the end to Copy the candidates to other projects or Add Notes to their profiles. All Not a Fit candidates will be archived on the upper right corner of the screen.
If you have less than 1000 candidates in your search results, you may use the power filters on top to view candidates who are Not Contacted/Viewed by Team, Candidates who have Contact Information or show High Availability.
Similar to the search results page, here you can screen through the profile cards of the candidates, click on their names to view their full profiles, unlock their contact information, or bulk edit/move the candidates to other stages.
- Candidate Profile
Below each candidate’s profile picture, you are able to check if the person has been viewed by other team members or has been added to other projects.
- View Insights
You may click on the View Insights button to generate insights for all candidates that are in your pipeline. And you can choose to view candidates by Date and Availability. All rejected candidates in the pipeline will be found through the link in the upper right corner of the page.
- Create New Hiring Process
To modify the stages of the pipeline, click on + at the end of the bar and select the new hiring process template from the drop-down menu in the pop-up window. If you are the Admin of the team, you can also Create New Hiring Process from here.
- More Filter
The More Filter menu on the upper right corner allows you to screen candidates with additional criteria. For example, you may search for specific Skills/Keywords or the Tags/Notes added or filter out candidates who do not have personal emails. Unlike the power filters on the search results page, there is no limitation on the number of candidates when applying the More Filters menu.
In the Activity Log page, column of candidates' cards is added so you will be able to see which candidates are edited in the pipeline. All activities in the pipeline will be tagged, so you can figure out the status at the first sight. With the drop-down buttons besides the "All Activities" and "All Members", you can also sort out the specific activity and a specific team member to observe.
On this Project settings page, you will be able to change several settings for this project:
- Project information, like Project Name and Project Description.
- Hiring Process Template
- Project Configurations, like changing the Auto Sync Settings.
- Collaboration. You are able to share the project with other team members and assign roles to them.
Managing the Candidate’s Profile
When you open a candidate’s profile, you will find both the details of the candidate’s experience and the enriched information provided by Hiretual. As shown in the screenshot, Hiretual will list out the Insights of the candidates as well as the candidate’s performance on other applicable platforms. To export or sync the candidate to your ATS/CRM, click on the three dots button on top and select Sync/Export. If you choose to Export as PDF, the download will start immediately.
If you have found any issues with the profile, you can also click on Report Issue and give us feedback.
Please note, when exporting a candidate with locked contact information, the information will be uncovered automatically and the action will cost you 1 contact credit and 1 export credit.
You can go to the small tabs under the candidate’s contact information to view and mark the candidate’s profile. Within the Project tab, you are able to check if the candidate has been included in other projects owned by your team. If you want to highlight or inform your team members about the skills and availability of the candidate, use the Notes or Tags tabs. You can use the Files tab to upload any additional materials that you have received from the candidate, for instance, CV or Portfolio in PDF version.
From the Activity Log of the candidate's profile, you are able to check if the profile has been viewed or modified by other members of your team.
Managing Candidates from Multiple Projects and Sourcing Channels
You can find all your projects under the Project tab on the Hiretual home page or using the View All button on the navigation bar on the left. From here you are able to sort the projects in different orders and Bookmark/Archive/Reassign the project to others.
Click on any listed name and you will be led to the pipeline of the project.
To view and manage all your sourced candidates in one place, go to All Candidates on the navigation bar. You can view candidates from all the projects and channels. Click on Manage Duplicates to merge or separate the highly identical profiles that have been detected by Hiretual, or use the Filter menu to find candidates from specific locations or with certain years of experience. You may also type in keywords and search directly through the text bar on the right.
If you have integrated your ATS with Hiretual, you can check the sync status of the candidates that have been synced to the ATS under the Recently Pushed to ATS tab. You may narrow down the list with the drop-down menus on the upper right of the page.
If you have purchased Hiretual Talent Data Cloud package, you are able to view the profiles that have been Recently Pulled from ATS. You can check the enriched contact information from the profile cards and save/bulk save the candidates to any existing/new projects. You may also engage or add tags/notes to the candidate’s profile.
To source candidates within your ATS talent pool, click on the Search ATS button on the upper right. Just like any other search, you can view sample candidates and the size of your talent pool on the right and edit the filters on the right. When you are ready, click on Start Sourcing to launch the search.
