Sometimes you may work on multiple projects at the same time and would like to review all your candidates in one place. In Hiretual, you can find your talent pool under All Candidates tab on the left column or through the link here.
View Your Candidates
On this page, you are able to view the Name, Job Title, Company, Location, and Email of all your candidates. You can also check which Sourcing channel Hiretual used when searching for the candidate.
You can view the Hiretual profile of each candidate simply by clicking on their names in the list. Just like in your projects, you are able to Sync/Export it or download a PDF version of it.
Manage Duplicate Candidates
At times, there are duplicate profiles that Hiretual detects and requires the user to manually merge the profiles.
When you click on Manage Duplicates, the AI engine will sort out candidates who have identical information (for instance, same name, company, location, etc.)
If you choose to separate the candidates, they will be directly dismissed from the list. If you click on the merge option, you will be led to a new page to review their profiles in a side-by-side comparison and the merged version of the two.
You can also click on the Hiretual link to view their profile pages. When you make the decision, click on the Merge button or Keep as Separate link in the upper right corner.
If there are three candidates listed together and only two of them are duplicates, you are able to pick them manually after you choose to merge their information.
You can also click on the link next to their names to view their Hiretual profile before going to the comparison stage.
Please check the profiles carefully before you click on the Merge button, as you CANNOT revert after the merging.
Search Candidates by Keywords
In addition to managing the duplicates, you can search your candidates based on Keywords or using the Filters button to screen the profiles.
From the Filter menu, you can specify candidates from certain Hiretual Project, Location, Current Company, Year of Experience, Last contacted time, and Sourcing Channel. You can also search on their Note(s) or Tag(s) added by you and your team members.
You can expand your talent pool manually by clicking on the Add Candidate(s) tab on the left column. Each Enterprise user is able to add up to 1000 candidates per year.
