The Inbox on Hiretual is different from the inbox in your original email server, as your Hiretual inbox only includes responses from candidates that were engaged through Hiretual. You can view the messages that come from your candidates instead of having to search for them in your email inbox. The Inbox allows you to notice any replies instantly.
You can locate your Inbox under Messages.
Reply or Forward Messages
You can quickly respond to your emails without leaving Hiretual by selecting them and simply clicking on the Reply or Forward buttons at the bottom of your message or use the options menu in the upper right corner.
Your Hiretual inbox has more features than you may found in your email provider. Besides the editing and cc/bcc options, you will also have access to your saved templates and create and share new templates from here. You may also set reminders or send a test version to yourself using the printer button below.

View Candidate’s Profile within Hiretual Inbox
In your Hiretual Inbox, you can always check the candidate’s full profile just by clicking on the name of the recipient. If you are working on multiple projects at the same time, you are able to view the information of the candidates without going back to the sourcing page. You can also directly make Tags/Notes or Reminders related to your email to the profile.
After you send the email to the candidate, you will find an Email tab under the candidate’s contact information. From here you can view the emails you sent out or send on behalf of you and the conversation between you and the candidate.
Please note, you can only see the messages and conversations that are associated with you and you will not be able to see emails between the candidate and your team members.
You can archive or delete messages just like you do on other platforms. Hover your mouse over the conversation and click the Archive icon to archive a single message or select multiple messages to bulk archive them.
