The expansion of Gmail integration is a flexible engagement workflow for users who are used to sending out emails via Gmail. It is accessible to users who have installed the Chrome extension and have set up the email integration with Hiretual.
To get access to the feature, install the Chrome Extension and turn on the Gmail assistant in the toolbox.
Once the feature is activated successfully, you will see a small Hiretual icon in the upper right corner of your mailbox. You can click on the button to view the extension settings.
After this Gmail integration is authorized and enabled, users can leverage all the saved templates and sequences, and save emails as new templates into your Hiretual reservoir. If you tick the Track box, you will be able to see whether the candidates have opened your email and the performance in the Message --> Sequences/Templates in the Hiretual web app.
You may also set Reminders directly in your mailbox if you want to contact the candidate manually or when you need to review the candidate's profile in the future.
Pick a time and add a note if needed, click on Set Reminder to finish.
You will then be able to find the Reminder in the following places:
On your dashboard:
In the candidate profile:
In your email:
Notes: While you are in your email conversation, you can also use the Hiretual Reminder in the middle top to set up a new reminder quickly.
