Often times in recruiting, it’s common to have to go out of state and expand your search. The hard thing is finding candidates who are “open” to relocating.
In this article, I will highlight how you can use Hiretual’s AI sourcing to identify these candidates.
I recommend targeting the following phrases in our Keywords filter:
Open To Relocation
Open To Relocate
Open To Relocating
Open To Traveling
Open For Relocation
Looking To Relocate
Looking For Relocation
Seeking To Relocate
Available To Relocate
Available For Relocation
Willing To Relocate
Willing To Travel
Interested In Relocating
You may also try to search for "Relocate" or "Relocation" in the section, though in this case there will be candidates from the real estate industry mixed with candidates who are willing to relocate.
You can take it a step further, by specifying your phrases to match certain cities. For example, “Looking to relocate to Los Angeles, CA.”
You can then add job titles/related skills/location and any other filters.
After clicking “Start Sourcing” you will notice the phrases in the tag section and usually the candidate's “Summary” portion.
Some people would put the relocation needs/willingnesses directly under the title section of their resumes, so you can also put "relocate" or "relocation" into the Job Titles filter when sourcing.
After adding the candidates to your pipeline, you will be able to view the information under the candidates' names.
