The Hiretual Enterprise Plan is ideal for extended team collaborations when sourcing. In order to maximize the efficiency of the team, we offer three kinds of seats for you and your team members, and you may get a mix of them based on your needs.
Enterprise Member Seat
The Member seats are desired for all the recruiters in the team. The seat holders have access to all the major features of the Hiretual Enterprise package. As an Enterprise user, you can review your Weekly Productivity information on the dashboard and click on Source Candidates from your home page to start a new AI Sourcing Task.
When you are in a project, you are able to edit the filters on the left and move or bulk move the candidates to the different stages of your pipeline.
You may also uncover the candidate’s contact information and engage with the candidate directly through your integrated email account.
Under the Collaboration tab of the project, you are able to share the project with other Hiretual Enterprise users in your team and assign different roles to them.
* If you are sharing the projects with someone who has the same domain as you but is not a user of Hiretual yet, he/she will receive an email invitation to sign up as a hiring manager.
*Please note, Admin and HM seat holders CANNOT be assigned as the Recruiter of the project.
In addition, Member seat holders can generate Market Insights reports to have overviews of the talent market of certain regions or industries. You may Start Sourcing from the page or Export the insights report as a PDF/Spreadsheet and share it with the Hiring Manager.
The Team Admin Seats are designed for the Team Leader/Administrator. The Admin seat holders CANNOT conduct Sourcing or Engagement activities and do not have access to the Market Insights page, but Admin users can manage the projects under other team members, edit the users of the team, and regulate the product settings for the team.
If you are the Admin of the team, you can check the performance and usage details of the team from your dashboard. From the Admin to-dos list on the right-hand side, you are able to see if there are any requests from your team members.
Click on the Reports tab to view the details of your team report.
Under the Messages tab, you can view the status of all sequences that have been sent out by your team members.
Under the Projects tab, you are able to click into your team members’ projects and view the candidates in the pipeline.
You may click on the candidate's name to view the profile. To engage candidates, copy the candidate's email address to your email account and send the message from there.
Since you are not the Recruiter of the project, you are not able to give feedback to the candidate nor move the person to other stages of the pipeline.
You may add a Reminder to the profile if you want to go back to the candidate in the future, but you cannot add tags/notes/files to the profile.
If you know the person is no longer working on the project, you can reassign the project to other team members on the Collaboration page.
In the User Management section, you are able to view the license status of your team members and Freeze or Add a Team Member under the Users tab.
With the Group tab, you can manage the existing groups or create a new group by clicking on the blue button in the upper right corner of the site.
On the Sourcing Configuration section, the Admin can configure the feature access, such as Diversity Search, Unbiased Sourcing Mode, and Default Currency, for all team members.
You are able to find the list of ATS/CRM under the General tab. And you are able to view and edit the settings for exporting data when clicking on the Details button of each app.
If the Hiretual Talent Data Cloud solution has been added to your Enterprise plan, you can also locate the feature on the Admin Console.
*In Hiretual, the Team Admin license can be added to an Enterprise Member's account. The user would have access to both Member and Admin features and is able to conduct sourcing tasks and manage product settings at the same time. You may contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.
In this case, you will be able to find the Admin Console page by clicking on your profile.
The Organization Admin seats allow users to have access to the performance data of all teams and manage the information and Hiretual licenses of all members from the organization. This role helps the senior leaders of the company to manage all the recruiting teams on Hiretual.
As an Organization Admin, you are able to view the list of all the teams on the Team tab of the Admin Console. And you may edit the Name, Point of Contact, and Description of each team.
When you click into any of the teams, you will be able to view the lists of licenses and members in the team. You may Edit/Freeze any members or Add new Members using the blue button on top.
Hiring Manager/Collaborator Seat
The Hiring Manager or Collaborator seats enable the Hiring Manager of the project to observe and give feedback during the sourcing process. HM seat holders can screen candidates in the shared projects and edit or comment on the candidates in the search results and pipeline stages. They CANNOT conduct sourcing or engaging activities NOR view the Team Reports on the site.
On the Hiring Manager Dashboard, you are able to view the Recent Projects that you are invited to, the Tasks you are working on, and the Update from the candidates.
Under the Project tab, you can view the projects that your team members have shared with you. Click on the name of each project to check the profiles of candidates in these pipelines.
When you go to the search results page of a project, you can view the criteria that the recruiter had input for the sourcing task, but you are NOT able to change or edit the information in these filters. You may give Good Fit/Not a Fit to the candidate or move/bulk move the candidate(s) to other stages of the pipeline. You can click on View Insights to see the Insights report of the talent pool.
You can also Add Tags/Notes to the profile or set Reminders for yourself to review or engage with the candidate later.
