Hiretual helps you manage candidate pipelines by offering sourcing and hiring stages. Each stage helps you navigate and understand the process of the candidate's life cycle. You can move the candidates to the different stages of the pipeline.
To move the candidate to other stages of your pipeline, simply click on the Move to button on top of the candidate's profile and select the stage from the drop-down menu.
You may also bulk move the candidates by selecting the candidates and click on the Move to link on top of the candidate list.
Please note, candidates will be moved automatically to the Contacted stage if you have engaged the candidates through Hiretual, and they will be added to the Replied stage when they reply to the emails. You can also move the candidates to these stages manually if you have contacted the candidates via other platforms.
If you are the Admin user of the team, you can edit and update the hiring process with customized workflows through Admin Console --> Pipeline Management.
Below are some basic stages that you may include in your team's hiring process:
Uncontacted: Candidates who have passed basic screening and are ready to be engaged via phone or email.
Exported to CSV: Candidates whose profiles have been exported as CSV files.
Exported to ATS: Candidates whose profiles have been exported to the integrated ATS.
Reach out in the future: Candidates who might not be available at the moment but are good fit for the role or other positions in your company. This stage is especially helpful when you want to nurture candidates in the long run.
Admin users can add additional stages to create workflows that work best for the
team or map everything towards an ATS/CRM.
