The Hiretual Chrome Extension works on top of many sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn (and LinkedIn Recruiter), Twitter, GitHub, Kaggle, Stack Overflow, Google Scholar, and even Google Searches.

Check if other colleagues on Hiretual have also viewed the same candidate to improve team collaboration
Edit the Candidate's Profile and Use Notes and Tags to communicate with your team members.
To get started...
1. Download Chrome extension from the Chrome store for free.
2. Click on Hiretual's Chrome extension when you're viewing a candidate profile on one of the above sourcing platforms.
3. View the candidate's full contact information and profile insights
You will see the candidate’s full Hiretual profile, including the direct contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers, and other profile insights. In addition to the Availability and Expertise data, the Insights section here will highlight the year of experience and seniority of the candidate.
It will also indicate if the candidate has attended schools that are ranked as top programs in the U.S. News University ranking system.
4. Find Similar Candidates
The profile will also show candidates with similar skills under the Similar tab. You can add these candidates to your Hiretual/ATS projects or click on See More Candidates to search for more candidates through our web platform.
5. Add Notes/Tags
Click on the blue links under the Notes & Tags tab to edit the candidate's profile. Just like on the web platform, you can @ your team members or select certain members to view the notes, and you are able to search existing tags from the drop-down menu.
6. Send an email or a sequence email directly to the candidate.
Click on the Send Email button or the email address that you would like to use to engage the candidate and edit the content of your email in the text bar. Just like on our web platform, you are able to
Leverage "Use Sequence" to add follow-ups or insert pre-saved sequence templates
Click "Change" to schedule and customize the email sending time
Select a pre-composed email temple with which you'd like to engage the candidate.
Insert variables to make your email look more personalized
Send the email on behalf of your team members
Last but not least, double-check everything is correct by previewing or sending a test email to yourself before clicking the send button.
7. Sync the candidate to a Hiretual project or your ATS.
You will be able to add the candidate to a particular project through the extension by clicking on Add to project button. From there you are able to select to which project and stage you want to add the candidate. If you have integrated your ATS with Hiretual, you may also choose a specific ATS project or account from the drop-down menu.
