Team Performance: Quick snapshot displaying full team's performance in a given time period

Date Range: Select last 7 days, or 14 days, or 28 days, or 3 months, or customize the time frame

Export: Download data to a .xlsx file

Active Users: The number of users in your team who have utilized Hiretual during the given time period

User Adoption Rate: The percentage users in your team who login and perform additional action(s)

Open Projects: The total number of open projects at the end of the selected time period

Sourced Candidates: The total number of candidates that have been sourced during the time period

Notes & Tags: The total number of created notes and tags during the time period

Project Performance

Project Performance: A graph presenting the number of candidates in different stages in the specified time period

User: Select all or specific user

Project: Select all or specific project

Stage: Select all or specific stage

New: The number of sourced candidates that need to be reviewed

Uncontacted: The number of reviewed candidates that need to be contacted

Contacted: The number of contacted candidates

Replied: The number of candidates who have replied

Screen: The number of candidates in the screening stage

Interview: The number of candidates in the interview stage

Offer: The number of candidates in the offer stage

Hired: The number of candidates hired

Pipeline Performance

Pipeline Performance: A quick snapshot of the overall performance of the candidate pipeline(s) specified by date range and users

Sourced Candidates: The total number of candidates that have been sourced during the time period

Reviewed Candidates: The total number of candidates that have been viewed by the team or the specific user

Qualified Candidates: The total number of candidates that have been engaged, exported, contact consumed, or moved to next stage in a project pipeline

Engaged Candidates: The total number of candidates that have been engaged through Hiretual

Replied Candidates: The total number of candidates that have replied an engagement email

Delivered Candidates to ATS/CRM: The total number of candidates that have been delivered to your ATS/CRM system during the time period

Contact Finding Rate: The rate in which contacts are found during the given time period

Candidates Qualification Rate: The rate in which candidates are found to be qualified in the given time period

Open Projects

Open Projects: A line graph representing the number of open projects in the given time frame

Engagement Performance

Engagement Performance: A line graph representing how often candidates (contacted by all or specific users) open and reply to messages sent through Hiretual in the specified time period. 

Open Rate: The rate at which candidates open the message(s) sent through Hiretual

Reply Rate: The rate at which candidates reply to the message(s) sent through Hiretual

Talent Pool

Talent Pool: A graph displaying the total number of candidates sourced by your team in the specified data range and from all or specified sourcing channels. 

Sourcing Channel: Select all or specific channel through which candidates were sourced

ATS/CRM: Number of candidates in Talent Pool from ATS/ CRM within specific time period

  • ATS: Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a tool used to track applicants for open job positions
  • CRM: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a tool used to manage client and customer relationships

Import: Number of candidates in Talent Pool imported within specified time period

Job Board: Number of candidates in Talent Pool aggregated from Job Boards within specified time period

Open Web: Number of candidates in Talent Pool aggregated from the Open Web within specific time period

Talent Delivery

Talent Delivery: The total number of candidates that have been delivered to your ATS/CRM system during the time period

Team Usage Details

Team Usage Details: A customizable table to view specific metrics across your team.

Customize Column: Choose which filters you would like to view data on from Sourcing/Usage, Import and Export, and Engaging.

Sourcing/Usage

  • Projects Created: The total number of projects created
  • AI Tasks: The total number of AI Tasks run
  • Sourced Candidates: The total number of candidates sourced from Hiretual's AI and Extension
  • Candidates with Contact: The number of candidates with contact information
  • Contact Finding Rate: The percentage of candidates whose contact was found
  • Reviewed Candidates: The total number of candidates that have been viewed by the team
  • Qualified Candidates: The total number of candidates that have been engaged, exported, contact consumed, or moved to next stage in a project pipeline
  • Qualification Rate: The rate at which candidates are found to be qualified by team
  • Contacts Consumed: The number of contacts consumed by team
  • Candidates Sourced by AI task: The number of candidates sourced by Hiretual's AI
  • Candidates Sourced by Extension: The number of candidates sourced Hiretual's Extension
  • LinkedIn Profile Views: The number of LikedIn Profiles viewed via Hiretual's AI and/or Extension
  • Boolean Searches: The number of searches performed using the Boolean Builder
  • Github Searches: The number of Github searches performed using Github Search

Import and Export

  • Imported Candidates: The number of candidates imported into Hiretual (either through a spreadsheet or PDF resume)
  • Candidates Exported in CSV: The number of candidates that were exported out of Hiretual through a .csv file
  • Candidates Delivered to ATS: The number of candidates that were successfully synced to your ATS/ CRM

Engaging

  • Candidates Contacted: The number of candidates contacted through Hiretual's engagement
  • Candidates Who Opened Email: The number of candidates who opened emails sent via Hiretual
  • Candidates Who Replied Email: The number of candidates who opened emails sent via Hiretual
  • Total Delivered Engagement: The total number of emails sent via Hiretual
  • Emails Opened: The number of emails opened by candidates who were engaged via Hiretual
  • Emails Clicked: The number of emails containing hyperlinks that were clicked on by candidates who opened emails via Hiretual
  • Emails Bounced: The number of emails that bounced when engaged candidates via Hiretual
  • Emails Replied: The number of emails that candidates replied to
  • Open Rate: The percentage of emails that were opened by candidates
  • Reply Rate: The percentage of emails that were replied to by candidates
  • Bounced Rate: The percentage of emails that bounced

Name: The name of the user

Membership Status: The user's membership status

Other

Exported candidates: When a candidate(s) is downloaded out of Hiretual using a .csv file

Delivered candidates: When a candidate is successfully synced to your ATS/CRM

Archived: When a candidate is marked as "Not a good fit" and hidden

Active: User is currently using one of the team's license
