Access to attachment feature while engaging/emailing candidates

The attachment feature lets you to attach a word doc or a pdf in your email templates.

This attachment feature is available only while you are setting up a single email or an email sequence to the list of candidates.

The best practice is to first create the templates.

How to create templates

Go to Engage > Templates/Sequence> Create Templates


 How to use the attachment feature

Choosing either will direct you to your email(s) for engagement. In the screenshot below, you can see the attachment feature when creating a new template. You can select the attachment feature and attach docs/pdfs. 

When creating a new sequence, you will instead find this button below the body of the message as shown below.

Afterwards you will see the attached file below.
