Hiretual helps you managing candidate pipeline by offering hiring/sourcing stage. 

Each stage helps you navigate and understand the process of the candidate life cycle. The Admin user can edit and update the hiring process with customized workflows. 

Here are some basic stages.

New: Candidates that are waiting for you to view the resumes/basic screening. 

Uncontacted: Candidates that passed basic screening which ready to contact or engage via Phone/Email. You can manually move the candidate by click on ‘Move to next stage’ or ‘Move to’ feature.

Contacted: Candidates that contacted or engage via Hiretual’s Engage system. You can manually move the candidate by click on the ‘Move to’ feature. Besides, Hiretual’s Engage system automatically tracking your activity and update the stage when you send the email via Hiretual’s email integration. 

Replied: Candidates that reply engagement email. You can manually move the candidate by click on the ‘Move to’ feature. Hiretual will monitor the email activity and update the stage who the candidate replies. 

The Admin users can add additional workflows to map everything towards ATS, if necessary.
