You can access the Payment screen by heading into Settings -> Payment

This screen has different functions depending on the type of user you are. See the breakdown below.

Hiretual Pro Customers:

All payments are made through the Hiretual billing department, so this area in your settings tab will not house any information about your payment information or terms. Please ask your dedicated Customer Success Specialist if you have any payment related questions or concerns. You can also feel free to write into [email protected].

Hiretual Premium Customers:

For Hiretual Premium, this will contain payment information critical to obtaining the correct information and continuing your service. Please ensure this is up to date by following the steps above and keeping the information in this tab accurate.
