Click on Sourcing on the left toolbar and then click on “Resume/JD Parsing” at the top of the screen.
First, type in the Job Title you would like to search for in “Title/Expertise” section.
Next, simply copy and paste your job description or resume into the “Description” section and click on Submit.
You will notice that all of the key terms will automatically be filtered into the Mandatory and Related skills sections First, review all the auto-populated terms in the mandatory and related skills sections then remove the ones that are not relevant to your search. Then you can run the search by clicking Start Sourcing at the bottom and Hiretual will find candidates who match the job description, or are similar to the candidate resume you added.
