Create an email that you can use over and over again so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel each time you email someone. Make the process easy and time efficient by emailing multiple candidates in a few clicks.

How to Use Hiretual to Help Engagement?
Reach out to Candidates Individually - Hiretual gives you the option to email several candidates the same email all at once. Don't worry about them thinking they are part of a spam email, from their end, they will only see an email sent individually to them.
To find their contact details and get started, click on the candidate to reveal their email address. This will allow you to contact them one on one to initiate contact. You can do this through the Hiretual system or you can individually email them if you prefer.
Next, to the email address, you will see a paper plane symbol on the right-hand side. Click on the symbol to initiate engagement through the tool. Select the type of user engagement you’d like to send. You have two options, either sending a single email or building an email sequence.
An email sequence is a number of engagement emails that will be sent. Sequencing allows you to schedule multiple emails without having to go back each time to draft them. This saves you a ton of time and effort. You’ll be able to send up to 5 follow-up emails and schedule a time and date to send them out on.
Once you decide whether you want to do an individual email or a sequence, select the one works for you. Simply click on the option you have selected, you should see two large squares titled either “Single Email” or “Email Sequence”. Once you select the option, it will take you to the next step, which is drafting your engagement email. Hiretual makes this process very simple.
Create Your Email
After you have decided on the best method of your email delivery, we have to create the email or email sequence. You will either need to create a template or use one you have already made. If you already have a template created, simply click “Insert Templates” in the right-hand corner.
If you don't have a pre-populated template, you can create one in this step by using the space available to draft your email content. Customize your message with a candidate’s first name, full name or current company name. To do this, select the (( )) symbol on the right-hand side of the top toolbar and add the relevant details. The options include adding the full name, first name only, or company information.
Once you have drafted your email and added in the personalization, you then have three options:
Use this button to see how the email will look to a potential reader. If it looks off, you can make changes before you send it.
Send yourself a test email to see exactly how your email will come through to you. This will let you know if your formatting is off or if it looks weird in any other way that you need to make adjustments to.
If you don’t want to send it out on the spot you can schedule it for later. These three options are listed via buttons on the bottom of the email template page. Click on the option you want to generate a preview, test email, or schedule for a future send date.
Hiretual allows you to maximize your time and efforts by allowing you to reach out to several candidates at once. It is important to note that each candidate will receive an individualized email from you.
From the candidate’s view, it will not appear as though they are part of a mailing list. This is essential to helping your candidate feel they are being seriously considered and will seem as though you are only contacting them. Response rates increase when emails are more personalized to them specifically.
If you want to send all the candidates an email at once, check the box to select all candidates on the top, left-hand side of the screen. Once you select candidates you want to send, a notification will show on the top right-hand side, showing how many candidates you are preparing to send to.
Then, click on the engage option at the top of the page to reach out to multiple candidates at the same time via separate emails. You can use these options as many times as you like. Hiretual makes it easy to keep in contact with your candidates.
