Here's how to transfer access between users
While you're trying to transfer the license from either yourself or others to someone else to access the system. You will have to check if you have the admin access under the subscription.
After the verification, you should come to a conclusion that the access status is either Admin or User.
If the status is User, please reach out to your manager or your Hiretual account manager.
If the status is Admin, please click on the 'three-dots' icon on the far right, and you will see the 'Edit' function as a dropdown.
The 'Edit' function will enable you to update/change the user status.
